Make a reservation
HipForVip provides you with two ways in which to make your reservation: The easiest and quickest; directly through our website www.hipforvip.com. Once you have chosen what you are most interested in, you can make a reservation on our website, by clicking on BOOK NOW, completing and sending in the form. Another option for making your reservation is by contacting us directly through our form, sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on telephone number +34 652 947 655 or +34 977 393 232; letting us know the dates, number of occupants, approximate idea of budget and we will then contact you as soon as possible in order to offer you the different options available.
Duration of a reservation
Usually villas are rented for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Sometimes, especially in low season, we can be more flexible and we may be in the situation to rent properties for less than a week.
Confirmation and payment of a reservation
To confirm the reservation you must pay 40% of the total cost of the booking by bank transfer or credit card. You have 4 days to make the 40% payment of the booking, thereafter your preliminary reservation will become invalid. As soon as HipForVip receives said amount, we will send you by email the corresponding accommodation contract, a receipt for your payment and all remaining necessary information. In our accommodation in the Balearic Islands, the client must pay the 50% of the total amount of the rental within a period of 48h.
Check in for the accommodation will be from 16:00 hours. The Resort Manager in charge of your accommodation will personally welcome you. Our Resort Manager will provide you with all the information required in order to ensure proper use and enjoyment of the house, as well as the surroundings.
Prior to your arrival at the villa, the client shall pay a deposit of an amount previously reported, which will be variable depending on the category of Villa (Diamond, Gold, Silver) This payment has to be done, preferably be by bank transfer or credit card. In the event that the payment of the deposit is made in cash, such amount shall be paid upon arrival at the villa. The deposit will be completely returned to you in within a maximum of 7 days, always providing the property has not been damaged. The deposit amount may vary depending on the accommodation reserved.
The number of people occupying the accommodation will be limited to the maximum capacity indicated on the reservation confirmation. In the event of exceeding this capacity, HipForVip will have the right to refuse the reservation or insist guests vacate the property. The client will accept the rules of the community and will not undertake any activities that are harmful, disturbing or insalubrious. Groups of youths are not accepted in our properties.
Prior to your arrival at the villa, the cleaning team will be sent to your villa in order to insure the perfect state of the property. Depending on the category of the villa, the frequency of cleanings can vary. Also we can offer you extra cleaning services that can be contracted independently to your reservation if you want. Do not hesitate to contact your Resort Manager.
Bed linen and towels are all included. Our villas also have pool towels. Nevertheless, the frequency with which the change of lingerie is made will vary depending on the category of Villa.
Maintenance of the pool and garden
All our villas have a manteinance manager who is the responsible for the pool and garden. Before your arrival, the housekeeping will be done to ensure the perfect state of the pool and garden.
The Resort Manager for your accommodation will be in charge of checking you out before 10,30h. Before your departure, the Resort Manager, together with to the holder of the booking, will inspect the condition of the house in order to verify that no damage has been done to the property.
